Software Sales Representative
Job purpose
To achieve product sales and strategic objectives, in line with company policies.
Job description
The sales representative reports to the regional manager. Sales will be achieved by:
- Prospecting for new accounts;
- Developing and maintaining customer needs;
- Identifying customer needs;
- Preparing written proposals;
- Providing customer presentations;
- Advising and training customers and product users;
- Ensuring satisfactory customer care, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Negotiating sales closing and any necessary follow-up, including all relevant paper work;
- Preparing weekly reports;
- Preparing weekly sales plan and cold call agenda;
- Market analysis and understanding;
- Marketing process planning;
Key Performance Indicator
Ensuring 3 presentations per week with potential customers.
- 7 cold calls per week
- Close two sales per month
Required Skills
- Advanced selling skills
- Proof of previous sales training attended/ Track record of sales performance
- Marketing planning skills
Qualification
First degree in any social or management science courses or its equivalent.

Customer Relations Executive
Job description
- Collate and maintain client database
- Ensure constant communication (via email, social media, phone calls and meetings) with clients
- Responsible for promoting Company's presence on social networking sites (yookos, linked –in, twitter, facebook and others)
- Responsible for marketing communications (such as bulk emailing and bulk sms)
- Follow up and after sales functions
- Daily Update on GKS social networking profiles.
- Create media presence by joining relevant professional and non-professional groups on face-book and linked-in to create awareness in respect to our training programs.
